A three-storey home in the Abingdon Development, Malahide, Dublin with Unipipe Floor Heating

The homes were record breaking a few years ago in that they were the first Irish housing scheme which broke the Ir£1,000,000 benchmark. It was also one of the first housing schemes to use floor heating at the time when the popularity of floor heating was mostly in one-off builds.
