An innovatively restored warehouse conversion to offices by Neil Burke Kennedy and his team at NBK Designs (for their own use), this project won a Regional Award from the R.I.A.I. (Royal Institute of Architects in Ireland)
Unipipe Ireland supplied and designed the floor heating and services in the 700m2 Building. The ground floor is a mixture of heated Portuguese limestone and carpet. The heating upstairs was accommodated into a traditional timber joist floor with carpets
